Hi, I’m Jen. Functional Nutritionist and the founder of Nurture & Flow Nutrition.

I help women in midlife who are dealing with chronic digestive issues and hormone ups and downs that don’t seem to make sense, especially when labs look “normal” and you’re already doing so many things right.

Let’s get to know each other. In this complimentary 20-minute consult, we’ll talk through your health concerns, symptoms, and goals so you can share what’s been going on and where you’re feeling stuck. I’ll walk you through my lab-informed, personalized approach and help you gain more clarity around what may be contributing to your symptoms and what your next steps could look like.

Initial intake

During this 90-minute consult, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, review your food journal, symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and health goals to better understand the bigger picture of what may be contributing to how you’re feeling. You’ll leave with personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, clear next steps, and a more targeted path forward.

Customized program

My 1:1 programs use functional lab testing, symptom patterns, and your health goals to better understand the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. Using objective data and bio-individuality, we create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to provide clearer direction, more targeted support, and lasting results.
