If you’re here, chances are your body has been asking for your attention. Maybe digestion feels unpredictable. Maybe your energy isn’t steady anymore. Maybe symptoms seem to pile on, even though you’re doing all the “right” things.
For some women, this shows up as bloating, discomfort, or frequent bathroom trips. For others, it’s feeling distracted by symptoms that make it hard to fully enjoy daily life or feel comfortable in their body.
Instead of pushing through, this is an invitation to pause and listen.
You might be noticing things like:
Bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea
Heartburn or reflux
Fatigue, energy crashes, or insomnia
Brain fog, memory issues, headaches, or migraines
Anxiety, depression and mood swings
Cycle changes
Skin concerns like rashes or acne
Weight changes or persistent cravings
Symptoms are signals, not random.
Using a foundational, personalized approach, we’ll look at the patterns beneath the surface and create a clear path forward that fits your life. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s understanding your body, rebuilding trust, and feeling more like yourself again.

Services FAQS
-
Functional nutrition focuses on identifying the underlying patterns that may be contributing to symptoms rather than only addressing symptoms themselves.
By looking at foundational areas like digestion and gut health, blood sugar balance, hormones, nutrient status, and lifestyle factors together, we can better understand what your body may be asking for and create a personalized plan to support it.
-
My work is meant to complement, not replace, medical care.
As a functional nutritionist, I take a preventative, foundational approach focused on personalized nutrition and lifestyle support. Many clients find this work enhances what they’re already doing with their doctor and helps them feel more informed and supported along the way.
-
I use a range of functional labs to help us better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. These may include genetics, stool analysis, food sensitivity testing, hormone panels, and environmental toxin testing.
A comprehensive blood chemistry panel is required for all clients, as it provides valuable insight into patterns related to blood sugar balance, nutrient status, inflammation, thyroid function, and overall metabolic health.
Additional testing is personalized and discussed together so everything feels clear and intentional.
-
Blood chemistry provides a broad snapshot of how the body is functioning.
Markers related to blood sugar balance, inflammation, nutrient status, thyroid patterns, and metabolic health can offer helpful insight into patterns that may be contributing to symptoms.
Looking at these markers through a functional lens helps us connect the dots and identify areas where the body may benefit from additional support.
-
In many cases, yes.
If you’ve had a comprehensive blood panel within the past 6 months, we can often review those results rather than ordering new labs. I’ll let you know if anything important is missing.
-
A comprehensive blood chemistry panel is required because it provides important foundational information about how the body is functioning.
Additional functional testing may be recommended based on your health concerns and symptoms.
-
Functional lab analysis is used to identify patterns and trends that may guide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
These labs are not used to diagnose or treat medical conditions. My work is designed to complement, not replace, medical care.
-
Food is foundational, but it’s not the only piece of the puzzle.
Digestion, stress, sleep, blood sugar balance, and lifestyle habits all influence how the body functions. My approach looks at the full picture so recommendations feel balanced, realistic, and supportive of your everyday life.
-
When appropriate, I recommend targeted, short-term supplementation to support specific needs.
I use professional-grade supplements and I’m not affiliated with any supplement companies, so recommendations are always based on what I believe will best support your goals.
-
My approach focuses on nourishment rather than restriction.
Sometimes temporary food adjustments are helpful while we explore certain patterns, but the long-term goal is creating a way of eating that feels supportive, flexible, and sustainable.
-
Many clients are surprised to discover new nourishing foods they genuinely enjoy, often without feeling deprived.
Temporary adjustments may sometimes be helpful, but foods are often reintroduced as your body becomes more balanced.
-
Depending on your package, you may receive a 1-week meal plan. The larger goal is helping you feel confident making food choices on your own. I focus on teaching the how and why so you can continue supporting your health long after our work together ends.
-
Weight loss isn’t my primary focus, but many clients notice natural shifts as digestion, blood sugar balance, and overall health improve.
Rather than counting calories, we focus on nutrient-dense foods and learning to tune into your body’s signals so changes feel supportive rather than forced.
-
Many of the women I work with are already doing a lot of the “right” things.
What I see most often is that symptoms persist not because of a lack of effort, but because the full picture hasn’t been considered. When digestion, blood sugar balance, hormones, and lifestyle patterns are looked at together, we’re able to create a more targeted and personalized approach.
