What working together looks like

We start with a free gut health consult to talk through where you're at, what you've tried, and what you're hoping to feel different. If it's a fit, we move into a 90-minute initial intake where we go deep into your full health story and identify the right testing for your needs.

From there, you'll receive a personalized package recommendation built around what your body is asking for. Once labs come back, we build your targeted nutrition and lifestyle plan, then meet regularly to walk through it, adjust as your body responds, and keep momentum strong.

You'll have direct access to me between sessions through the client portal, so questions don't pile up and you're never wondering if you're on the right track.

  • I primarily support women in midlife navigating digestive concerns, hormone shifts, fatigue, and other chronic symptoms that haven't fully resolved with conventional approaches. Many of the women I work with are proactive about their health but still feel like something isn't quite right.

  • If you've tried many things but still aren't seeing the progress you expected, this work may be a good fit. My approach focuses on supporting the body at a foundational level, using functional lab testing to identify patterns and create a personalized path forward. Most clients appreciate having structured guidance rather than piecing everything together on their own.

  • The free gut health consult is a 20-minute conversation where we talk about what you're experiencing, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to improve. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of my approach. If it feels like a good fit, we can talk through next steps. If not, you'll still leave with more clarity.

  • Our work together begins with a 90-minute initial consult where we review your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and any existing lab work. From there, we create a personalized plan based on functional lab testing. Your protocol will include dietary and lifestyle shifts, along with targeted supplement recommendations when appropriate. Follow-up sessions allow us to review progress, adjust your plan, and continue supporting your body step by step.

  • Progress looks different for everyone. I offer 4-6 month 1:1 packages, and most clients see meaningful progress during that time. Because the body often needs consistent support, some clients continue working together beyond the initial program.

  • Yes. All sessions are conducted through my secure client portal, Practice Better, which is HIPAA-compliant and designed for healthcare practitioners. Your video calls, protocols, lab results, messaging, and session notes are all housed in one place so everything related to your care is organized and easy to access. Working virtually makes it easier to stay consistent even with a busy schedule.

  • I don't accept insurance, but some clients use HSA or FSA funds for nutrition services. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend checking directly with your provider.

  • This work is highly individualized. Some clients need a shorter program with minimal testing, while others benefit from longer support and additional labs. Because there's no one-size-fits-all path, pricing is discussed during your consultation so we can decide together what level of support makes the most sense for you.

  • The first step is booking a free gut health consult. From there, we'll talk through your goals, review your history, and map out what working together could look like, so you feel clear on your next steps.
